Front office is a DISASTER. Both of the women. Corey and the actual dentist are PHENOMENAL, but the ladies at the front desk are terrible. I had private dental through my job. I went in October had a care plan done with Corey and the dentist. I also had state coverage. So, in the beginning of October, Corey and the dentist sent in the approvals to my private insurance. I got thousands of dollars in dental work approved and was told after I received a paper copy of what they approved in the mail, that Cory informed me they also got the approval in paper in the mail a few days after I did. I called Cory in the beginning of November after I found out about the approval. They told me they were sending the rest of it into the state insurance to try and get it approved. I gave Corey my new insurance and informed her it would be changing in the beginning of January come the new year for the private insurance. She checked the insurance and the office did accept that insurance as well. Cory told me they would be calling to schedule my appointment for the work as soon as they could. A week went by and no one called me, so I called them again and was only able to speak to the woman at the fro

I have had less than ideal experiences at other dentists. The first visit here I was absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism, genuine care, and comfortable environment. I've been seeing Dr. Gandhi regularly for some time, he is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to.

I hate the dentist but they make you want to come back and keep up with appointments. They listen, take you seriously, work with insurance, and are kind. They handle emergencies well, always have someone on call get appointments booked quick. Never had any issues with any staff over the last couple years, and the doctors and great.
